Account Manager (Malta based)

At TrustElevate, we are dedicated to making the Internet a safer place for children. 

We enable apps accessed by children to know the ages of their users - including kids. Age checking younger users has long been said to be an almost insurmountable challenge but we have developed a privacy-preserving and secure solution to the problem.


For young kids, we verify an assertion of parental responsibility for a child so a parent can give consent to data processing, purchasing and access.  When platforms know the ages of users they can create safer spaces for them. Your role will be important in helping us to build this business.


We are looking for a results-oriented, full-time Account Manager to join our team and look after relationships with key partners in the UK and Malta. The Account Manager will work closely with our CEO and be responsible for growing the ecosystem of our partnerships in the public sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

  • Managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders 

  • Developing strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders 

  • Articulating TrustElevate’s proposition to customers and partners; demonstrate a good understanding of TrustElevate’s offering 

  • Providing support to business development and partnership teams; identifying and growing new opportunities 

  • Preparing progress reports on a weekly basis 


Essential skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proven experience in building relationships with clients and partners

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Passion for cybersecurity 


Preferred skills

  • Experience in cybersecurity and/or public sector 

  • Experience with long deal cycles 

  • Experience in startup environment 

  • Account management experience /skills
